Our CSA

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an innovative partnership between us, the local farmer, and you, the consumer looking for the freshest, healthiest, locally grown produce. At the beginning of the season, we need to purchase our equipment and supplies for the year and then wait for the produce to grow before we can see a return on this investment. Members of the CSA pay a share of our initial costs at the beginning of the season. In exchange for this early investment, members get a sharply discounted price on our produce over the whole growing season, from May through October 31.

In our CSA, members select their own produce, in the variety and quantity they choose. Produce can be picked up at our stand at the Farmers Markets in Keene, NH or Bellows Falls, VT, or at our own farm stand (188 Upper Walpole Rd., Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from noon until dark). Our plan offers you the flexibility to come to the market of your choice, to make your pick up on the day and at the time of your choice, and to pick exactly the produce you like.

Fee structure for 2009. We will only be offering full shares for new members this year.

Full Share: $500.00
Select $500 worth of produce and then get a 25% discount on all purchases beyond that, until Oct 31st. Feeds an average family of 4.

Work shares are always available! It’s hard work, but very rewarding.

Take a look at the list of the wide variety of produce from which you can choose, and see when it is generally available. Check the "What's Fresh Today" page to see what is actually available this week.
