Lamb

We have, this year, access to a new pasture right behind our house. This has been fantastic for our lambs since the grass is very healthy and thick, is not subject to parasite problems (new ground yearly helps), we can keep predators at bay more easily (lots of coyotes around here) and move fences very frequently so they are always on fresh ground and well fed! (Plus we get to watch them grow all summer in the back yard!)

These lambs are truly PASTURED!

Lambs are sold by the whole or half. Our price is for the "hanging weight." That's the weight they are at processing, no skin or intestines. The hanging weight of our lambs is usually about 40-60 pounds per lamb.

The processor charges additional fees; you choose the cuts. Please call for an explanation.

Lamb is processed at a USDA inspected processing facility.
