Pork

These pigs also live completely outside, always with fresh ground to root around in. We grow forage for them (oats, peas, etc) plus they go into areas we are done harvesting - melons, corn, squash, and greens are especially enjoyable to them. They also get some organically grown grains. Pigs are omnivorous and need a wide variety of foods. We give them wild apples and acorns whenever they are available. Our pigs eat better than most Americans! (They do NOT get waste materials, ever!) They are the healthiest, happiest pigs around. Come see them!

Pigs are sold by the whole or half. Our price is for the "hanging weight." That's the weight they are at processing, no skin or intestines. The hanging weight of our pigs is generally around 150-200 pounds.

The processor charges additional fees; you choose the cuts. Please call for an explanation.

Pork is processed at a USDA inspected processing facility.
